Create an account · Issuer

Issuing is granted — never claimed.

Organisations follow a verification path: find yourself in a public register, create an account so approval can name you as administrator, apply, then wait for an ecosystem administrator. Credential-type authorisations and signing keys come after approval, separately. You can also check credentials anytime without being an issuer.

  1. Find your organisation · now

Search a public register (Companies House, HESA, RUCT). Being listed grants nothing.

  2. Sign in or create an account

An account with an email address is required so approval can make you the organisation’s administrator.

Email verification is not currently required before you apply. The Ecosystem Admin checks the domain you assert as part of approval.

  3. Submit the application

Confirm category and domain. The application lands as SUBMITTED — not as an issuer.

  4. Wait for Ecosystem Admin approval

An ecosystem administrator reviews the application. Until they approve, no organisation exists in the issuer portal.

You can sign in and use a wallet. You cannot issue credentials, and the issuer console will not show your organisation yet.

  5. Credential-type authorisations

After approval, authority to issue each credential type is granted separately — approval alone does not authorise issuing.

  6. Signing keys (platform-managed)

You do not upload or paste signing keys. The platform generates and holds them in the signing provider.

The issuer portal may not list keys yet while that read is still a Phase gap. That does not mean you should supply a private key.
